Platte River Power Authority Office Campus

Fort Collins, CO | The Platte River Power Authority Office Campus encompassed 97,200 SF of new construction, including a 55,000 SF headquarters building that sits on a 17-acre lot. This Headquarters building consists of two wings. Each wing is two stories in height and the wings are interconnected by a full-height atrium. This project scope also includes numerous new outbuildings including Pool Car Garage, Warehouse, Maintenance Shop, Vehicle Storage and Garages. A geothermal system was installed that uses the on-site ponds to heat and cool the building.
